Scope and exclusions
The fixed fee applies only after a standard scope has been agreed. Authority fees, certified translations, third-party costs, unusual evidence-gathering, hearings, later objections and appeals are not included unless expressly agreed. The authority remains solely competent to decide the request.
Before accepting an engagement
We verify whether the proposed application route is suitable, the documentary status and whether any professional-practice licence is a separate procedure. A case outside the standard scope will require an individual quotation.
