No oral hearing is included. Whether sufficient time remains before the filing deadline must be verified individually. Exclusions and procedural risks
Court or administrative fees, translations, external experts, hearings, unusual evidence-gathering, urgent cases and further-instance proceedings are excluded unless specifically agreed. Sending a contact-form request neither files an appeal nor suspends legal deadlines.
