Scope and exclusions
Extended research, additional questions, new applications, negotiations and representation are not included. Supporting documents and the applicable recognition law are reviewed only to the agreed extent. Additional work requires a separate agreement.
When this service is useful
Examples include a question about the competent recognition route, the significance of a refusal, whether a compensation measure has been justified, or the procedural options available following an authority's decision. This service does not by itself submit a formal application or an appeal.
